First Annual Chanu-Plex at Temple Beth Torah Holliston

On Friday, Dec. 3, families from the MetroWest area are invited to attend Temple Beth Torah's First Annual Chanu-Plex, a multi dimensional celebration of Chanukah and Shabbat. The event will begin with dinner at 5:30pm. After dinner and prayers, attendees will have several Shabbat service experiences from which to choose, including a Shir Shabbat led by John McArthur and Rabbi Kideckel; Healing/Meditation Service led by Malka Young of Jewish Family Service of MetroWest; Yoga (Shabbat style) led by Amy Harper; as well as teen and children's services. Aaron Kischel, Director of United Synagogues of Conservative Judaism Northeast Region, will lead a discussion entitled Let's Talk: Creating a Culture of Commitment and Community.
