A homeownership grant for a households earning under 80% of median income (example: under $60,650 for family of 3) will be awarded to the first qualified applicant.  The grant (up to $115,000) - is offered by the Holliston Housing Trust and will be applicable toward the purchase of the recipient’s appropriate choice of housing located in Holliston.
