A 12-room, four-bedroom home at 35 Smith Rd. in Hopkinton sold for $990,000 on Jan. 7 after 133 days on the market. The listing agent was Kathleen Williamson of Century 21 Commonwealth.

A 10-room, five-bedroom home at 47 Mohawk Path in Holliston sold for $597,000 on Jan. 17 after 295 days on the market. The property was listed by Century 21 Commonwealth, TEAM Metrowest.
