Featuring European style coffee, gelato, and a fresh modern atmosphere, Dolce Tempo is set to have its grand opening today. 

Owners of the shop, which is located at 1574 Washington Street in Holliston, hope to bring a new look to the classic icecream shop. 

"Let's go a little bit modern, a little bit more energetic," said Kostas Migos, one of the store's co-owners. 

Migos' family also owns the nearby Basel's pizza shop. He hopes to expand the family business while creating a customer experience all his own. 

"I know they sell icecream in Holliston, but there is nothing like this," Kostas said.

He is hoping that he can share his Greek heritage and love for Italian food with the Holliston community. 

"I just want to bring the North End [of Boston] to Holliston." Kostas said. "I have pastries coming from the North End every day." 

Dolce Tempo's grand opening kicks off at 7 a.m. today.
