Holliston Police Log: Funny Money, Stolen Copper Wire

Wednesday, Dec. 5
6:13 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street at Quincy Place. Luis Donis, 43, of 7 Highland St., Framingham was arrested. Donis faces charges of failure to wear a seatbelt and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
7:22 p.m.: A caller from Morgans Way reported that their vehicle had been broken in to overnight.
7:36 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street. The Holliston Police Department is seeking summonses for the driver and the vehicle owner.
9:35 a.m.: A caller reported a suspicious vehicle on Governor Prence Way. After checking the vehicle and officer discovered that it belonged to a contractor working in the area.
3:03 p.m.: An employee of Holliston Gas and Go reported that fake bills were used on Sunday.
Thursday, Dec. 6
4:27 a.m.: A caller reported a vehicle that was “all over the road” on Washington Street. An officer stopped the vehicle near School Street and issued the operator a citation for 89/4a.
10:21 a.m.: An officer spoke with members of the Holliston Sportsmen's Club at their new outdoor pistol range.
11:21 a.m.: Officers responded to a crash on Charles Street. Two vehicles were involved; no injuries were reported.
11:31 a.m.: A resident of Chamberlain Street reported larceny. The incident is under investigation.
12:27 a.m.: A caller from Kuniholm Drive reported the larceny of copper wire.
1:51 p.m.: A caller from the Depot Package Store reported a customer drinking a nip in the parking lot.
5:23 p.m.: A resident reported a past incident at Holliston High School. Officers are investigating the incident and restraining order has been issued for one of the people involved.
