Holliston Police Log: Rollover, Hunting Vehicle
The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.
Monday, Nov. 19
12:07 p.m.: A caller reported vandalism to their fence on Washington Street.
3:13 p.m.: A caller reported marijuana activity on Norfolk Street. An officer responded but the report was unfounded.
3:57 p.m.: Officers responded to a rollover crash on North Mill Street. The two occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital. The Holliston Police Department is seeking a summons to charge the operator with driving to endanger.
4:06 p.m.: Officers responded to a car vs. telephone pole on Washington Street. No injuries were reported but the vehicle was towed.
5:24 p.m.: Officers responded to a two-car crash in front of Lil’ Folk Farm on Washington Street. No one was injured.
8:08 p.m.: A caller from Pinecrest Road reported two solicitors for Verizon in the area. An officer responded ad spoke to the solicitors.
Tuesday, Nov. 20
6:40 a.m.: A caller reported a Jeep Wrangler that had been parked in the woods on Bullard Street for four days. The vehicle belonged to a person who was hunting.
10:46 a.m.: Officers assisted in the search for a vehicle that struck a Hopkinton Police officer on Clinton Street.
4:35 p.m.: An officer responded to a strong odor of natural gas near the center of town. NStar was notified and responded.
6:19 p.m.: A caller reported a man who was “posing as a Comcast solicitor” and asking for personal information. Officers checked the area but were unable to find the suspected vehicle.
