Holliston Police Log: Three Arrests, Theft By Son
The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.
Monday, July 30
2:09 a.m.: A trooper from the Massachusetts State Police contacted the Holliston Police Department. The trooper said they were dealing with three youths that may have been involved in a theft at Hopping Brook Road.
9:11 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on High Street and arrested Rachel Pacitto, 20, of 19 Evergreen St., Medway. She faces charges of providing a false name and speeding.
9:55 a.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Prentice Street.
3:09 p.m.: A person from Highland Street reported an issue regarding a restraining order. Later, at 5:11 p.m., officers arrested Jhoseph Ramirez-Brodeur, 18, of 142 Dodd Dr. He faces charges of assault and battery, trespassing and malicious destruction of property over $250.
7:21 p.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle vs. bike crash on Concord Street. One person refused treatment.
9:58 p.m.: A caller from Mitchell Road reported that their son stole from the residence and was verbally abusive on the telephone. Officers mediated the situation.
Tuesday, July 31
6:39 a.m.: Officers stopped a vehicle on Washington Street and Arrested Susan Murphy, 53, of 58 Washington St., Natick. Murphy was charged with four counts of possession of a class E substance and a marked lanes violation. At the time of the arrest, Murphy had a small dog in the vehicle with her that was taken by animal control.
5:53 a.m.: A caller from Robin Hill Road requested assistance with a group of neighborhood kids. An officer responded and spoke with the youths and parents.
