Mangia Pizza Coming to Holliston
The New Haven style pizza chain will be opening it's newest location in September.
Hollistonians are already excited about the new pizza joint coming to town this fall. Last week Mangia Neapolitan Pizza announced on their Facebook page that they would be opening their newest location in town next to Subway .
The comments went on to point out the different specialty pizzas available at Mangia, including their use of seafood available.
"White clam on the menu? Pretty ballsy, no one outside of New Haven has ever been able to do that one properly. I'll take the chance. Pie looks good. Glad to see a change from the doughy Greek stuff they call pizza," Alex Berkov said in a comment.
"We appreciate the shot, we have been making the white cam for 10 years. We know exactly who your talking about and love them also... our is chopped clams," a representative from the restaurant responded.
A Mangia restaurant recently opened in Hopkinton , right across the street from Hopkinton Gourmet, and the small, take-out only location has been working hard to meet people's demand and give Holliston residents a chance to try the pizza before the new store opens.
"Okay, so I went to the Hopkinton location and the pizza is great! It is really thin crust with fresh ingredients. Had a garlic, tomato and anchovies pizza. Can't wait for delivery in Holliston poolside," Ellen Moore said.
