Congressman Edward Markey has had a long held ambition to be a US Senator so was Retiring Congressman Barney Frank,it isn't really a surprise considering the Democratic Public Issues that require stellar leadership and experience with face familarity ! Senator John Kerry is a sure in for Secretary of State !

If Scott Brown returns as a so called "indepemdent " candidate for US Senate will he clean up Edward Markey's clock in Congress ?

I pray that Senator Brown does not clean our clocks in neighboring Worcester County's suburbs, Gerry.

Great news. He's experienced, has an excellent record, and is very responsive to his constituents. He'll be an excellent candidate.
Hurrah!

No mistakes. We MUST mount a campaign as we did for the great Elizabeth Warren. Ed Markey is WONDERFUL. He has been my representative for as long as I can remember. He has expertise and depth of experience to fill the Senate seat. Let's ALL Democrats and independents alike give him our FULLEST support.

We are SO lucky in Massachusetts to have the best, most intellectually sharp candidates in the nation. Let us NEVER again let Scott Brown see the inside of the Senate! Remember, he voted 70% with Republicans.

I am THRILLED at the possibility of yet again voting for candidate Ed Markey in whom I can have complete faith he that is able to do the job.

Onward!
