March 14
1:23 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, police arrested David Kallio, 23, of 23 Long Pond Path in Dracut for driving with a suspended license.
4:59 p.m.: After a motor vehicle crash on Concord Street, police arrested Lopes Marcio, 32, of 12 West Street in Framingham for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
6:34 p.m.: A resident reported seeing a swastika spray-painted on a stairway between two buildings on Central Street.
