Teens: Head to the Library

October is Teen Read Month.

Middle- and high-schoolers: It's time to get your library card or actually use it. This Wednesday, Oct. 26, is your chance to participate in Teen Read Month.

The Holliston Library has free raffles to enter, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, as well as a table with display items celebrating the month. To participate, just let the library know about a book or CD you recommend. Prizes will be awarded throughout this last week of the month.

Also on Wednesday, is the teen book group and teen advisory group. This week's meeting is at 3 p.m. and the topic is "What makes you laugh?" It meets in the Gilman Room. Also on the agenda is discussion of The Reformed Vampire Support Group, by Catherine Jinks.

About this column: We'll bring you weekly updates from the library. Related Topics: Jinks, Library, and Teen Read Month
