Looking to try something new? Head down to Bison Burger at Hopkinton Square for something you've never seen in Hopkinton or Holliston Before.

Bison Burger opened in February, and since then readers have been asking where they can find a menu for the restaurant. The short answer is that they don't have a website yet (one is under construction at the moment).

Some ideas include:

• Bison Balls: Seasoned ground bison and cheddar cheese fried in pastry.
• Bison Dog: Steamed and topped off the way you like.
