What We Learned on Patch This Week

A Whiz Kid who truly deserves the title and a resident who allegedly stole millions from his doctor.

 

Snow came early to Holliston with a  from a few flurries. With a mix of fall and winter, it was a great photo opportunity

Dan Barone is not only a star athlete but a star student. Holliston High's quarterback is leading the football team to success and his honor roll grades will bring him even further. 

The Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities is investigating the response of local utilities to Hurricane Irene. The investigation will look at NStar and National Grid to determine if those companies followed DPU regulations in their response to the storm. 

A local man faces numerous charges in connection with allegedly stealing millions from his doctor and others. James S. Sakkos, 45, allegedly lied to his doctor in order to get him to continue funding what he said was a successful software venture.
