A reminder that the mission group from First Congregational Church is leaving for Costa Rica this Monday (June 25th). There is still time for anyone to participate through a donation of new or very gently used black dress shoes. The shoes will be brought to Costa Rica by the group and distributed to local boys and girls (ages 5-13) for use in their requisite school uniforms. May of the local school kids lack  proper footwear and this “mini-mission” was suggested by Strong Missions as a way to involve the Holliston community. If you would like to help, you can purchase shoes (no sneakers please) and drop them off at the church office located at 725 Washington Street (look for the box in the corridor near the office). Donations for the cause are also welcomed. Checks can be made to First Congregational Church of Holliston. Please make a “Costa Rica Shoes” notation on your check. Please make your donation by the 10AM Sunday morning service.
