 ity will be meeting for the 6th Annual International Greyhound Welfare C
 onference\, an event organized to discuss current issues relating to gre
 yhounds\, lurchers\, Spanish galgos\, and hounds around the world.&nbsp\
 ;\nTopics will include the greyhounds crisis in Florida and the network 
 of greyhound advocates working to transport these greyhounds to homes\, 
 the looming export strategy of the Irish Racing Board\, (sending Irish r
 acers to China)\, as well as the expanded breeding of extraneous track g
 reyhounds to hunting dogs in the American Midwest. Media strategies and 
 medical issues in relation to greyhounds will also be discussed.
