New specialty class starts this Wednesday! Athlete Yoga Training will be an 8 week session that will run every Wednesday from June 27 to August 22, 4:00 - 5:15pm. This program will provide athletes with the strength and flexibility to achieve peak performance while avoiding injuries. Cost for all 8 weeks is only $65(no drop in or makeup classes), or a team commitment of 25 or more will reduce cost to only $50 per person for the complete session. bCalm Power Yoga offers a variety of instructional yoga courses for all skill levels taught by trained and knowledgeable professionals. Inspired by the Baptiste Method of Power Vinyasa Yoga, bCalm conducts all of its classes in heated rooms in order to cleanse the body and warm the muscles. Specialty children's courses are also available.
