The time is now! A breakthrough program that will radically change your body and spark a personal transformation. This program was created by Baron Baptiste, one of the world's most beloved yoga teachers, to transform the body and mind. Each week builds on a lesson and includes yoga(practice at home or at bCalm), an eating plan, daily meditation, a group Facebook page and more! Varying levels of participation can be accomodated; however, the more energy you put into the commitment, the more radical the transformation you will experience! Participants will be reading Baron's 40 Days to Personal Revolution book which is available for purchase as bCalm or elsewhere.
After the initial kick-off class, this group will meet on Sunday's between 5:30 and 7pm. Breakthrough Bash to be scheduled for Sunday, November 11.

More About bCalm Power Yoga
bCalm Power Yoga offers a variety of instructional yoga courses for all skill levels taught by trained and knowledgeable professionals. Inspired by the Baptiste Method of Power Vinyasa Yoga, bCalm conducts all of its classes in heated rooms in order to cleanse the body and warm the muscles. Specialty children's courses are also available.
