Housed in and sponsored by the First Congregational Church, the Holliston Community Children's Center is a part-time, non-religious child care center and preschool open since 1955. HCCC is open year-round (7am - 6pm) and offers full-time child care (eight weeks through pre-Kindergarten), part-time preschool (ages 3-5) and playgroup for young children and parents. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), HCCC accepts state vouchers and grants scholarships at the discretion of the HCCC Board of Directors. All full-time teachers are certified by the EEC, many have bachelor's or associate's degrees and some have master's while all staff are certified in CPR and/or first aid. In addition to the infant and toddler rooms – both of which contain toys, books, soft blocks, etc. -- there is an outdoor playground with swings, slides and a jungle gym.
