We both have backgrounds in customer service for 20 plus years. We wanted to take the knowledge and experience we both have and put it into a business we know would be a value to families in the our community.

Patch: How did your parents influence you as a business owner?

We both come from hard working families.

Patch: How long have you lived here?

Meghan has been a Hopkinton resident for seven years and Kim 11 years.

Patch: What's your favorite thing about living here?

Everything from the schools to the local business that support each other.

Patch: What's a business mistake you've made that later you were glad you did?

The business mistake we first made was focusing our business to women and surprisingly our first client was a man. It made us realize that Errands at Ease is a service that is needed for everyone.

Patch: What's the best business advice you've ever received?

Stick with your business plan, but at the same time don't let it limit you.

Patch: What advice would you give to a small business owner just starting out?

Keep on networking with all different types of people.

Patch: What do you look for when you hire?

Individuals who have the same passion and work ethic as we do. As a family and small business concierge you have to go above and beyond to keep your clients happy.
