Where/When: Worcester Public Library, 3 Salem Square, Worcester, Saturday, March 19, 2011 from 9:30 to 11 a.m.
Why Go: Free, just drop in, nothing to bring! Ages 4 through 12 with parent. Build Lego treasures!

TANGLEWOOD MARIONETTES PUPPET SHOW
Where/When: Amazing Things Arts Center, 160 Hollis St., Framingham. Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 3 p.m.
Why Go: Featuring more than 20 beautifully hand-crafted marionettes, The Fairy Circus is a showcase for turn-of-the-century-style trick puppetry. The puppets will dance, play instruments, juggle, contort, transform, and fly through the air with the greatest of ease, all to the best-loved music of favorite composers! Recommended for families, all ages.

MEDWAY LIONS FATHERS AND DAUGHTERS DANCE

here/When: Medway High School, 88 Summer St., Medway. Sunday, March 20, from 1 to 4 p.m.
Why Go: Girls 3 and older are invited to bring their dad, uncle, grandfather to the annual dance, which is open to surrounding towns. A professional photographer will take pictures, and a DJ will provide music for dancing. Light refreshments will be provided.
Pricing: $7, benefits eye research.

KARAOKE FOR KIDS, TEENS, AND FAMILIES
Where/When: The Chicken Bone, 358 Waverly St., Framingham. Sunday March 20, 2011 from 3 to 5 p.m.
Why Go: Get up on stage and sing! $5 cheese pizzas. Culminates in a karaoke competition later in March with prizes. Hosted by karaoke4kidz. Fun for the whole family!
