HopKINDton Sticker Reminds Residents to Do a Daily Act of Kindness

Have you seen the HopKINDton stickers popping up on cars around town?

"There is enough 'bad' in the world," HopKINDton founder Neal Robert Smookler said on Facebook. "We're all in this together, so let's just start in our own backyard and as the saying goes...'be the change you want to see in the world.'"

That philosophy led to the design of the HopKINDton sticker, a daily reminder to do good.

"It's not so much about the sticker as it is that they serve as a daily visual reminder to to perform an act of kindness, an act of compassion daily. Perhaps a simple gesture of courtesy, a smile, a hello," he said.

Stickers are on sale through the HopKINDton Facebook page for $5 each, they come in a variety of colors including green and orange, pink and the newly designed red and green for Christmas in the future they will all be available as magnets.

The goal is to get the kindness to spread all across the world. After all, if "It All Starts Here" on Patriots Day, why can't a little bit of kindness start here too?
