Andrew Hayes and Ryan Fontaine received proclamations from the Hopkinton Selectmen on June 3.
Both young men had a double Eagle Court of Honor on May 31.
Andrew's Eagle project was at the Hopkinton Housing Authority and Ryan's was at the Respite Center to complete their requirements for Eagle Scout.
The two are best friends who have been in scouts for 11 years.
