Fiske's Jumps On Board For Lack Fund

Owner hopes to inspire more donations from Holliston businesses and charitable groups.

Fiske's General Store in Holliston has promised to match the donation amount for ' fundraiser to benefit HHS teacher Doug Lack. 

On Dec. 13, , in an attempt to offset some of the costs surrounding a life-saving kidney transplant Lack will soon undergo. 

"He is a very special guy and I think it is very important for the community to come together and help him," John Paltrineri, owner of Fiske's said.

Paltrineri hopes that more businesses and groups in Hollistson will follow his lead in matching C&R's donation. 

"We are all one big community, and we need to support each other," Paltrineri said. "There are plenty of doctors and dentists and groups with funds in Holliston that this can really make a difference if enough people get on board."
