Scrumptious Food at Taste of MetroWest

Almost a 1,000 people attended the first-ever Taste of MetroWest yesterday at the Sheraton. The MetroWest Chamber of Commerce says it will likely become an annual event.

Close to 50 vendors served appetizers, entrees, beverages and desserts. From BBQ short ribs to Mexican, to Chinese to healthy pasta options, there was something for everyone.

Desserts ranged from coffee-flavored mousse to key lime crepes to a rich, moist vanilla strawberry layer cake to mango mousse shooters from .

A portion of the proceeds from yesterday's event will benefit the MetroWest Chamber’s Educational Foundation, which helps to provide scholarships to MetroWest area students.
