Mary Anne Theodorakos Joins Hammond Residential Southborough and Framingham Offices

SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass. (March 28, 2014) – Kathy Helliwell, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Southborough and Framingham offices, is pleased to announce that agent Mary Anne Theodorakos has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Theodorakos will assist clients from Hammond’s Southborough and Framingham offices, respectively located at 3 East Main Street and 161 Worcester Rd., Suite 100.

Theodorakos is a lifelong resident of Framingham, where she resides with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys being active in the community, and she frequently volunteers at her children’s school and sports activities.

Prior to her real estate career, Theodorakos co-owned and operated a business in Boston for eight years before successfully transitioning to an online format in 2004. Always attentive to her clients’ needs, Theodorakos relied on her strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and attention to detail to close multiple transactions. As a Hammond agent, she understands that her dedication to providing superior client service, in addition to her project management and communication skills, will advantage her clients in their real estate transactions.
