Come join us as we take a journey through Southern France, exploring the wines and herbs of this iconic region.  Marianne Haldoupis from The Vin Bin will be on hand to discuss the characteristics of the soil and geography that gives the wine its unique identity.  You will taste each wine she brings and discuss fall food pairings.  Kathy Bergmann, Horticultural Sales at Weston Nurseries, will introduce herbs that are grown in Provence that you can grow in your backyard.  Fall is the best time to harvest your herbs and Kathy will show you different drying techniques as well as discuss herb blends, especially the famous Herbes de Provence.  Sweet treats made with herbs await you at the end of this fabulous seminar.  C’est magnifique!
