Hopkinton Supports "The Sky's the Limit" in Memory of Shayne Desroches
Money raised will help utilize unused courtyard space at Holliston Middle School for learning and recreation.
In September, friends and family created a GoFundMe page in memory of Shayne Desroches, 13, who died from injuries sustained in a car accident.
The goal was to cover the funeral expenses and any additional money would be donated to "The Sky's the Limit", a project to utilize unused courtyard space at Hopkinton Middle School for learning and recreation.
To date, they have raised $35,215, far exceeding their goal of $25,000, and are still being accepted to utilize unused courtyard space at Hopkinton Middle School for learning and recreation.
