Shayne Desroches Memorial Fund Raises Over $35k for Middle School Project

The community rallied around the family of Shayne Desroches after he was died in a bicycling accident in September. 

A GoFundMe page was set up to raise $25,000 for a courtyard project at Hopkinton Middle School and, to date, it has raised $35,465.00. 

Here is a note from Shayne's mother, Amanda Desroches, that was posted on the page...

Thank you all for the amazing generosity and support. I would like to share that 100% of the money raised will be going to the Hopkinton Middle School Courtyard Project. Shawn and I will continue to raise money for this project in memory of my son. Thank you for the kind words, prayers and memories that all have shared.
