Obituary: Donna McGuire
Former Executive Director of Hopkinton Housing Authority has died at 68.
Donna M. McGuire, 68 died August 12 of cancer. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY, she moved to the Boston area in 1967 and attended Bentley College. Although her career was primarily spent as a paralegal and an administrative assistant, she worked tirelessly for her community at the Senior Center and Democratic Town Committee. She was a top fundraiser for the American Cancer Society, participating in the .
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Frank, a daughter and a step-grandaughter, as well as her mother, sisters, nieces and nephews.
A memorial funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, August 18 at 10:30 a.m. at Church. Calling hours at the are Friday, August 17 from 4 to 8 p.m.
