This yoga class is perfect for the beginner, or experienced yoga student who is seeking a less vigorous pace. You will move from one yoga posture to another with an emphasis on linking your breath to your movement. The practice will focus on building energy, balance and mindfulness. Learn basic yoga sequences, practice breathing and meditation techniques. Each class leaves the entire body feeling healthier, more connected and the mind feeling peaceful!
