This class moves through gentle, slower flowing sequences to energize and breathe life into your body. Focus is put on spinal and pelvic alignment, breath, and concentration through body based movements. The class begins with a meditation, some poses to warm up the joints and spine, and flows through some gentle poses including standing balances, and ends with deep stretching to open the hips and release the back.
