Starting at the Beginning
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, Fridays 9:15 to 10:15 am, Sundays 9-10am
Whether this is the first time you’ve stepped onto your mat, or if you’d like the opportunity to break things down a bit more, this class is perfect for beginners, as well as any practitioner of yoga. We’ll be delving deeply into alignment with asana practice, as well as exploring various pranayama exercises. The philosophy and science of this ancient, yet modern, practice will be woven in to give a complete introduction to yoga.
