The classes are held every Tuesday, 7:00 to 8:00pm and every Friday from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Sohum Yoga and Meditation Studio (30 Lyman Street, Suite 108B, Westborough, MA).
This class will help you release muscle tension and relieve back pain with emphasis on stretching and flexibility in harmony with your breath. You will gradually develop back strength with use of a systematic yoga sequence which is gentle and relaxing. You can join me for one or more classes by signing up at www.Sohum.org.
