Four Car Accident on 495

A four-car accident on 495 backed up traffic for miles last evening.

A four-car accident occured at 4:14 p.m. last night on Rt. 495 North south of the Mass Turnpike.

According to Trooper Don Fitzgerald of the Millbury State Police Barracks no EMS response is listed in the logs.

"We had a busy night last night," Fitzgerald said. "The logs may contain more information when they investigating officer(Trooper John Doherty) comes back on duty at 3 p.m. today."

The cars involved were an SUV, a Toyota Pickup, A Chevy Van and a flatbed truck.
