Friday, July 11 

• 10:20 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Church Street.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
• 1:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Christopher Road.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

Saturday, July 12

• 8:10 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Norfolk Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
• 2:45 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, an ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on High Street.  A Hopedale resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
• 5:33 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated a hazard on Turner Road.  The resident was advised of the Fire Prevention Regulations.

Sunday, July 13

• 10:28 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore and Forest Fire 1 investigated an outside fire on Central Street.
• 11:22 am: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm problem on Highland Street. 
• 7:42 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Deputy Jim Moore investigated wires arcing on North Mill Street.  The incident was over the town line in Hopkinton; the Hopkinton Fire Department was notified. 

Monday, July 14

• 8:37 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Bradford Jay Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
• 8:40 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an electrical hazard on Central Street.  NStar Electric was notified.

Tuesday, July 15

• 12:14 pm: Medical – Deputy Jim Moore, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Mill Street.  A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center. 
• 5:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on David Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.

Wednesday, July 16

• 5:44 pm: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore, Ladder 1, Engine 1 and Engine 4 investigated an alarm activation on Boynton Road. 

Thursday, July 17

• 6:40 am: Medical – Deputy Jim Moore and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ashland Street.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 
• 9:47 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street.  The individual refused transport, and a signed waiver was obtained. 
• 5:20 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Dean Road.  A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
