Holliston Fire Log: April 4-April 10

Here's what firefighters have been up to last week.

Friday, April 4

  • 5:23 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 9:06 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Regal Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 
  • 10:29 am: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy and the ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Anne Marie Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham. 
  • 1:52 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained. 

Saturday, April 5

  • 12:38 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 1:13 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance and paramedics from MedStar Ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Locust Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 3:43 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Winthrop Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained. 
  • 10:20 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Mark Dellicker and Lieutenant Tim Costello investigated an outside fire on Kathryn Lane.
  • 10:33 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Elm Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.  

Sunday, April 6

  • 7:22 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Highland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 10:23 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Ruth Ellen Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 12:53 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marshal Street. A New Hampshire resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 1:10 pm: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officers Captain Mark Dellicker and Lieutenant Tim Costello investigated an odor on Franklin Street.

Monday, April 7

  • 8:08 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Turner Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 5:28 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Tuesday, April 8

  • 6:53 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Marked Tree Road. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
  • 5:09 pm: Motor Vehicle Crash – The ambulance, paramedics from Events EMS and an ambulance from Sherborn Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Two individuals were transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.

Wednesday, April 9 

  • 8:44 pm: House Fire – The fire department responded to a structure fire on Briarcliff Lane.  The ambulance also responded to the scene to stand-by at the fire scene. 

Thursday, April 10

  • 12:11 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Cheryl Lane. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
  • 11:44 am: Investigation – Deputy Jim Moore investigated an alarm activation on Hopping Brook Road.
