- 11:05 AM: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Underwood Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Natick.
- 3:46 PM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Birch Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
- 9:55 PM: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on Skyview Terrace.
Saturday, June 21
- 9:32 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Ruth Ellen Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
- 9:59 AM: Investigation – Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a report of smoke in the area of Concord Street.
- 11:50 AM: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency on Ridge Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
- 7:29 PM: Medical – Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy, FF/EMT Scott deGanne, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical emergency in the woods off Beatrice Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.

- 10:20 AM: Medical – A MedStar ambulance responded to a medical alarm on Adams Street. The alarm transmission was accidental; the ambulance was cancelled prior to arrival.
