Friday, August 24
3:31 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. The driver was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
5:33 p.m.: The ambulance responded to an assistance call on Locust Street.

12:33 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 1 responded mutual aid to an alarm activation on Orchard Street in Millis.
5:05 p.m.: Weekend Duty Officer Chief Michael Cassidy investigated smoke in the area of Marshall Street.
7:35 p.m.: The ambulance and paramedics from Ashland Fire responded to a medical emergency on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
Monday, August 27
1:00 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Whispering Lane. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
12:59 p.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a violation of the opening burning regulations on Washington Street.
8:50 p.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated a hazardous condition on Prentice Street.

7:58 a.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Hollis Street. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
10:24 a.m.: Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an odor on Central Street.
2:58 p.m.: The fire department responded to a direct alarm on Washington Street.
5:05 p.m.: The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Alden Road. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
