Holliston Police: Break-Ins on Highland Street, Wilson Street

The following information was provided by the Holliston Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, July 26

8:04 a.m.: Officers responded to a car vs. stone wall crash at the intersection of Mill Street and Prentice Street.

11:12 p.m.: A caller from Wilson Street reported that items had been removed from their home during a break-in.

Saturday, July 27

10:59 a.m.: A caller from Nick’s Central Garage reported a paperwork issue with their customer. Officers are seeking a summons to charge one man with forging a RMV document.

12:33 a.m.: A caller reported that her cell phone had been stolen from the Bird in Hand business.

7:25 p.m.: An officer responded to an argument near a motor vehicle on Jeffrey Avenue.  Peter K. Ciesluk, 28, of 16 Mils St., Needham was arrested and charged with operating with a suspended license and a warrant charge. He was treated at the police station for a cut on his hand.

8:37 p.m.: One vehicle was towed after a two-car crash on Washington Street.

Sunday, July 28

6:39 a.m.: A person reported that their cell phone was taken while at a residence on Whispering Lane the previous night. The cell phone was tracked to Framingham and the Framingham Police Department was notified.

10:35 a.m.: An officer took a report of a stolen kayak from Fiske Street.

1:33 p.m.: A tree fell over on High Street and hit a vehicle. No injuries were reported. 

Monday, July 29

11:10 a.m.: A caller from Hanlon Road reported that her child had not returned home since the previous night. The mother said she didn’t believe the child was in any danger.

1:03 p.m.: A resident of Dalton Road reported stolen medication.

3:30 p.m.: One vehicle was towed after a two-car crash on Mechanic Street.

6:15 p.m.: An officer spoke with two children that had runaway from home and been reported missing. They were returned home.

8:18 p.m.: A caller from Norfolk Lane reported that their lawnmower was on fire. The fire was extinguished before firefighters arrived.

Tuesday, July 30

1:50 a.m.: An officer spoke with a bicyclist that did not have proper lighting.

5:57 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Washington Street by the Post Office. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with unlicensed operation and operating without an inspection sticker.

Wednesday, July 31

2:52 a.m.: A car crashed into a telephone pole on Pine Oak Street. No injuries were reported.

12:40 p.m.: An officer spoke with people on Washington Street who were reportedly hanging off the back of a U-Haul truck.

5:46 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Highland Street. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with failure to yield and unlicensed operation.

8:49 p.m.: A caller from Highland Street reported a break-in had occurred earlier in the day.
