Holliston Police Log: Armored Vehicle Check, Loud Party

Wednesday, Oct. 3

1:03 a.m.: An officer checked the Dodd Drive area for breaking-ins.

9:08 a.m.: A resident went in to the Holliston Police Department to speak with an officer about suspicious activities.

12:48 p.m.: An officer monitored armored car activity at Sovereign Bank. No suspicious activity or vehicles were noted.

1:47 a.m.: An officer responded to a parking complaint at Boston International on October Hill Road and issued two citations for handicap parking violations.

7:08 p.m.: A caller from Shaw Farm Road reported that an unknown person or group of people had rang his doorbell and left an item on his front step. An officer responded observed that it was a gift left by neighborhood schoolchildren who were doing a project.

Thursday, Oct. 4

3:19 p.m.: A caller reported a cat had been hit on Washington Street near Sovereign Bank.

9:19 p.m.: Officers responded to a single-car crash on Norfolk Street. The vehicle was towed and officers notified the Highway Department about damage to shrubs and a sign at the intersection of Franklin Street.

11:17 p.m.: A caller reported a loud party on Dalton Road.
