Holliston Police Log: Stolen Purse, Suspicious Man With Flashlight

The following information was provided by the Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction. All arrests are reported.

Tuesday, Oct. 9

3:58 a.m.: A caller from Woods Crossing reported that a male with a flashlight went to the front of his residence looking for his stepson. The stepson no longer lived at the address. The male seemed confused and left the area. Officers responded and spoke to the caller.

9:54 a.m.: A person turned in a purse that was found in a Planet Aid collection box on Cross Street.

1:13 p.m.: An Holliston Police officer issued a summons to a resident of Fiske Street for keeping a noisy and disorderly house.

5:49 p.m.: Officers responded to a two-car crash on Washington Street. One vehicle was towed.

Wednesday, Oct. 10

8:11 a.m.: A cell phone caller reported a two-car crash on Washington Street. No injuries were reported.

8:18 a.m.: A resident of Central Street reported a dead deer on the property. They were advised of private removal options.

8:31 a.m.: A caller reported that a motor vehicle had hit the stone wall near Holliston Family Pharmacy on Washington Street. Damage was observed on a brick house in the area and the vehicle was towed.

11:15 a.m.: A caller from Woods Crossing reported that at 5:30 the previous morning their kitchen door was found open. The caller reported that a Vera Bradley bag was missing.

12:43 p.m.: Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash on Washington Street. Injuries were reported and two vehicles were towed.
