Hopkinton Police Log: Arrests of Millis, Framingham, Westborough Residents

Thursday, July 19

11:16 a.m.: A vehicle was struck by a rock as a result of roadwork on Main Street.

11:33 a.m.: An officer from the assisted the .

4:20 p.m.: A caller from North Street reported that he came home from work and his granite mailbox was broken. An officer checked the scene but reported that there was no visible damage.

6:25 p.m.: A caller reported an animal stuck in the woods on Alprilla Farm Road. Animal Control responded.

Friday, July 20

8:51 a.m.: A caller reported that a tractor-trailer struck and knocked down telephone wires on Clinton Street without stopping. The caller said the truck was white and blue with a “fancy” sleeper and chrome.

9:18 a.m.: An officer requested contact with the owner of a vehicle parked on Grove Street. The owner’s listed number was disconnected so a tow company was called to move the vehicle in to the driveway.

2:18 p.m.: A caller reported that a flagger from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation was very rude to her and had called her names. A worker with MassDOT was notified.

3:22 p.m.: A caller reported a deer had been struck by a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street.

Saturday, July 21

12:11 a.m.:A caller from Lumber Street reported that his now ex-girlfriend broke his nose and left the house. Lisa Mariotti, 50, of 16 Heritage Path, Millis was stopped on West Main Street and arrested. Mariotti is charged with assault and battery.

12:28 a.m.: A caller reported a loud party at a house on West Main Street. Officers checked the area and the party appeared to be wrapping up.

12:52 a.m.: An anonymous caller reported an underage drinking on Winter Street. Officers responded but observed nothing to substantiate the claim.

1:30 a.m.: Maria Subirina Paz, 19, of 9 Interfaith Ter., Framingham, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at a house on Main Street.

8:35 a.m.: A 911 caller reported the odor of gas in a basement on Colella Farm Road. An officer responded with the .

1:02 p.m.: A caller reported solicitors going door to door on Davis Road. Officers responded and spoke to the people who were campaigning.

4:53 p.m.: Units looked for a vehicle headed for town that had left an establishment in Milford without paying their bill.

9:08 p.m.: A Century 21 realtor reported that the sign for Bridle Path of Hopkinton had been vandalized.

Sunday, July 22

12:33 a.m.: Cynthia Christine Bouley, 46, of 204 Windsor Ridge Dr., Westborough, was arrested after being pulled over on Frankland Road. Bouley is charged with Failure to keep right on a hill and drunken-driving.

10:06 a.m.: A resident of Curtis Road reported a black Lincoln Navigator parked in front of their house for more than a day. An officer spoke to the vehicles operator who had been on a party on East Main Street and had left it parked there.

2:53 p.m.: A lifeguard reported a parking issue on Lakeshore Drive.

4:09 p.m.: A caller from Chestnut Street reported a dirtbike in the roadway. An officer spoke to the operator and advised them to stay off the road.
