Hopkinton Police: Three Arrested After Hopkins School Break-In

The following information was supplied by the Hopkinton Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, July 25

8:05 a.m.: A caller from Maple Street reported an aggressive solicitor that had been to her house the day before. The caller said the solicitor refused to leave and kept inquiring about the neighbors.

9:45 a.m.: A detail officer on Huckleberry Road reported alcohol containers dumped in a front yard.

4:28 p.m.: A caller reported several youths removing shrubs and taking out stakes on Clinton Street. An officer spoke with a boy and his father who were removing the stakes because the plants were now stable.

7:49 p.m.: A 911 caller from Hayden Rowe reported an assault. Anthony E. Mongiat, 46, of 107 Hayden Rowe St. was arrested and charged with assault and battery of a person over 60 and resisting arrest.

8:40 p.m.: A caller reported that he heard vandalism occurring at Sandy Beach. Officers responded and spoke to several people in the area.

10:03 p.m.: A caller from Wood Street reported that a family friend had just stolen a number of items from the house. The State Police were notified.

Friday, July 26

7:24 a.m.: A caller from Mckay Road reported that someone entered the house while they were sleeping and stole three laptops and a cell phone. Officers tracked the cell phone to Framingham and arrested Kaitlin M. Breen, 26, of 80 Farquahar St., Roslindale on charges of obstruction of justice and two counts of receiving stolen property over $250.

7:11 p.m.: An officer investigated a report of flooding at the skate park on Hayden Rowe Street. A garden hose was determined to be the cause.

Saturday, July 27

5:56 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Hayden Rowe Street and arrested Luis Antonio Pomavilla, 26, of 19 Oliver St., Apt. 1, Milford on a warrant charge of unlicensed operation.

7:09 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on West Main Street and arrested Richard Omara, 45, of 6 Mechanic St., Upton, on the charge of Operating with a suspended license. Omara had a matching warrant charge as well.

Sunday, July 28

10:13 a.m.: A caller reported a vehicle on Palomino Drive with graffiti on it.

8:20 p.m.: A caller reported that he found a box in the roadway on Lumber Street that contained drug paraphernalia.

10:39 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of breaking and entering at the Hopkins School. Daniel F. Clark, 21, of 10 Weybridge Ln was charged with trespassing, felony breaking and entering at night and larceny under $250/ Kelley William Dimascio, 21, of 18 Hayden Rowe St. was charged with trespassing, felony breaking and entering at night and two counts of larceny under $250. Joseph Keith Yuele, 20, of 2 James Rd., Upton, was charged with trespassing and felony breaking and entering at night.
