Indecent Assault Arrest, Stolen Car

The following information was supplied by the Holliston Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Friday, Feb. 22

5:44 a.m.: A caller from Holliston Mobil reported that a BP truck had dumped trash in to the business’s dumpster.

6:58 a.m.: An officer responded to a 911 call from Paul G. Smith Inc. on Whitney Street. The caller reported that scrap metal had been stolen from the business.

9:03 a.m.: A caller from Coan Corp. on Lowland Street reported that scrap metal had been stolen overnight.

1:27 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle near the Adams Middle School for speeding during in violation of school zone regulations. Jose Quizhpi, 31, of 8 Bacon Slip, Apt. 1, Milford. Quizhpi was charged with unlicensed operation, speeding and two warrant charges.

9:22 p.m.: A resident of an apartment on Cheryl Lane reported it appeared someone tried to enter her apartment because there was damage to the door. An officer from the Holliston Police Department responded and took a report.

Saturday, Feb. 23

11:10 a.m.: A caller from the Holliston Meadows Pet Resort reported that a former employee was causing a disturbance in the lobby. The person had left when an officer arrived.

Sunday, Feb. 24

8:24 a.m.: A caller from Hanlon Road reported that a vehicle had struck their stone wall overnight without reporting the damage.

6:14 p.m.: A caller reported that their vehicle had been stolen from the Holliston High School parking lot.  Several hours later the vehicle was found at the Holliston Town Hall.

10:19 p.m.: A driver crashed in to a parked car on Woodland Street.

Monday, Feb. 25

5:42 a.m.: An officer took a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Prentice Street.

7:12 a.m.: An officer noticed a vehicle off the road on Underwood Street. A tow company was pulling the vehicle out.

10:05 a.m.: An officer stopped a commercial vehicle on Washington Street after observing that it did not list the business on the vehicle. Police are seeking a summons to charge the driver with unlicensed operation and failure to display owner markings.

8:48 p.m.: A caller from Hopping Brook Road reported an assault that occurred. Erlande Freitas, 54, of 17 Brookview Rd., Milford was arrested and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14.
