At 1:30 this afternoon a suspect was interrupted by a homeowner just after forcing a window at a home on Woodland Street. A description of the suspect and vehicle was provided to units as they responded. This is her 6th charge in a year, what is it going to take for someone to put this woman and jail and take her child(ren) away...absolutely ridiculous! What does she have to do? Kill someone?
