HOPKINTON
Nov. 11, 2013, at 10:04 p.m. David Range, 36 of 56 Hayward Street, Hopkinton, was arrested on Main Street and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and registration not in possession. Released on own recognizance.
Nov. 12, 2013 at 8:15 p.m. David H. Weise, 49 of 68 Waverly Street, Ashland, was arrested on Cedar Street and charged with (1) marked lanes violation, (2) no inspection/sticker, (3) operating under the influence of liquor, second offense.
Nov. 15, 2013 at 1:42 a.m. Corey J. Welch, 23 of 204 Nashua Road, Dracut, was arrested near 77 West Main Street and was charged with (1) malicious destruction of property over $250, (2) breaking and entering at nighttime for felony, (3) larceny from building, and (4) operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Nov. 17, 2013 at 1:39 a.m. Matthew S. Moynahan, 21 of 5 Appaloosa Circle, Hopkinton, was arrested near 91 West Street and was charged with (1) no inspection/sticker, and (2) possession of a Class A substance.
