The following Holliston Fire Safety Logs were provided by the Holliston Fire Department for Dec. 9 to Dec. 12.
Monday, Dec. 9
7:58 am: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to
a medical emergency on Concord Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest
Medical Center, Framingham.
8:01 am: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy responded to Charles Street to
investigate an odor.
1:59 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to
a medical emergency on Lake Shore Drive. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
4:35 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to
a medical emergency on Glacier Way. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
5:39 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer
Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
6:15 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on
Prentice Street.
Tuesday, Dec. 10
6:17 pm: Medical – The ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a medical on Summer Street. One patient was transported to a landing zone on Summer Street which had been secured by Chief Michael Cassidy and Engine 2. The crew from UMass Memorial LifeFlight joined the responders in the ambulance for a ground transport to Milford Regional Medical Center.
3:47 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Woodland Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
Wednesday, Dec. 11
2:02 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on High Rock Road. The individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
5:22 am: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical emergency on Summer
Street. A resident was transported to Milford Regional Medical Center.
5:40 pm: Medical – Chief Michael Cassidy, the ambulance and paramedics from Events EMS responded to a pedestrian struck on Central Street. A resident was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham.
8:30 pm: Medical – The ambulance responded to a medical on Kingsbury Drive. The
individual refused transport and a signed waiver was obtained.
8:50 pm: Medical – The backup ambulance responded to a medical emergency on
Willowgate Rise. The individual refused treatment and a signed waiver was obtained.
Thursday, Dec. 12
3:15 pm: Investigation – Chief Michael Cassidy investigated an alarm activation on
Forest Park Drive.
