Police Log: OUI Arrest

The following information was supplied by the Holliston police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 19 

9:05 a.m.: A resident reported losing a disabled parking placard.  

11:25 a.m.: Police investigated a car accident at the corner of Washington and Baker streets. No one was injured.

10:00 a.m.: Police continued crosswalk enforcement at Washington and Green streets. In all, 13 pedestrians were observed crossing the street and no violations recorded.  

1:13 p.m.: A large tree limb was reported down on power lines on Heritage Way. NStar was notified.

6:48 p.m. : One person was taken to MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham following a 911 call that brought police and ambulance to an address on Washington St. 

7:39 p.m. : A resident reported hearing fireworks being set off in the area of Johnson Dr. and Saddle Ridge Rd. Police did not locate anyone in the area.  

8:34 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Highland St., police arrested Timothy Shaw, 20, of 13 Skyview Terrace, Holliston, on charges of a marked lanes violation, reckless driving and operating under the influence of drugs.  The arresting officer reported a strong odor of marijuana in the car at the time of the stop, according to Lt. Keith Edison. 

11:28 p.m.: An officer investigated a report of water coming out of street at Jennings Rd. and High St. The was notified.
