Juventas Telsinskas, 34, of 169 B 3 Cherry Lane, South Grafton, was arrested and charged with marked lanes violation, speeding in violation of a special regulation, operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense), and failure to stop for police.
Friday, Nov. 1
Julia E. O'Leary, 38, of 38 Huckleberry Road, Hopkinton, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
