Stephanie J. Kelley, 26 of 33 Congress Street, Milford, was arrested near Route 495 in Hopkinton at 9:56 p.m. and was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.

Casey J. Proper, 35 of 52 Forest Street, Milford, was arrested near 208 Hayden Rowe at 12:50 a.m. and was charged with a marked lanes violation and operating under the influence of liquor.
